In 2008 Tharwa and Conder Preschools amalgamated with the Primary School making Charles Conder Primary School an educational facility that caters for students from Preschool to Year 6.

Programs at CCPS
- Learning Support Centre and Integration Support – Intensive support for students with designated special education needs.
- Schools As Communities – program to build and maintain positive links with the school community.
- ESL – structured English programs for students from backgrounds where other languages are frequently used.
- Year 5 and Year 6 band - Music program for Year Five students.
- Sport - The school offers a variety of sports that the students can participate in and represent the school
- Carnivals - The school has 2 major carnivals during the year. These are Cross Country and Athletics.
